29:11 is a nice time Rick, but you only just beat that 60-year-old dude!
Not sure if you know what's wrong, but for some reason your blog has slowed down to a crawl. It takes forever to load. Pretty sure it's a problem at your end as all the others are fine - even Thomas's.
Thanks Ewen, yeah, I put too many video's on my last few posts, hence sloooow speeed!!! Yeah old Terry is a fast bugger, when he was younger he finished second in the liverpool marathon! I'm not in peak shape at the moment, the idea is to hit a new peak for the marathon in Sep. Cheers Rick
