My legs always feel a little stiff on a Monday, due to the after effects of my long hill runs on Saturdays, but after a good warm up my legs free up and I'm all but ready to go!
Session
10 x 5 mins [ 1 min 6.48 pace-1 min 6.04 pace-1 min 5.44- 2 mins rec pace]
plus 6 x smart strides.
Total time 1 hour 4 mins

Good session, went well :]

Yes Thomas we were to smart to be taken in by all the hype of the ICE BATH!:]
I feel soorry for old Paula Radcliffe, going through the pain of enduring ICE BATHS for years and years!!!
