REALLY GOOD LONG HILL RUN

My training has suffered due to stress this week, but I had a good run today, 6 main climbs on and off rd, in and around the Parbold countryside on a sunny but fresh day.
Reached my highest every top speed sprinting to the top of Hunters Hill [11.3 mph] due I think to improving my upper body posture and arm drive [see video posted 30th June].
Kept to level one on the flat and L2 on the hills, felt quite good :]
3437 ft of climbing = 2 hours 30 mins

Thanks Scott, i was sprinting well over the top of the climbs, hitting about 1 mph faster than ever before, not bad for an 'old dog'
