Running into the sunset on the Velvet trail!
Not all our most memorable and enjoyable runs have to be fast!
Yesterday Tess and me set off on a late evening recovery run over the Velvet Trail.
Riding the high sandhill trails we watched the sun sink into the horizon, sending beams of light shimmering out across the ocean waves!
It was a sight I will remember long into the winter!
A beautiful run :0]

Sounds great Rick. Good to see the old dart is turning on some summer weather today for the Olympics. Go #TeamGB. I mean Australia!
