Thanks Rick. The arm switch is interesting. I remember Deek used to run with 'low arms' and runners used to copy him because they thought it must be the best way to run.

I don't know if getting Ritz's form exactly like Bekele's will make him as good as Bekele. Especially after reading the stride length/frequency article from Steve Magness. Apparently Bekele kicks well because he switches to 216 strides/minute at the end of a race - different to how he runs during the race.

Hi Rick Good tip on the higher arm swing found an improvement in my balance and feels like my stride is a bit better on the push off when trying it on my long run.
