HOW DARE THEY TREAT A HUMAN BEING LIKE THIS!
Just like a wasp stings you at the end of the summer when it knows it's about to die, the NEW WORLD ORDER that controls us all is in the same state of desperation!
We all know that the system that controls us is so incredibly corrupt!
We trust our politicians no more, who lie to us, time after time !
ARE THE GOVERNMENTS OF THIS WORLD HERE TO SERVE US THE PEOPLE, OR DO WE SERVE THE GOVERNMENT AND ARE WE THERE SLAVES ?
But have no worries, the Wall is about to come tumbling down!
BELIEVE IT, THE CHANGE IS COMING!
People wake up!

The downward slide of a distance runner and a light at the end of the tunnel!
My 12 weeks of Lydiard training ended in disaster, chronic fatigue, muscle spasms and injury!
I went into the training full of hope and desire but something went wrong along the way.
In desperation I had some tests done and they came back today.
It seems I've got pretty bad magnesium deficiency.
The side effects of this deficiency are chronic fatigue, insomnia, muscle tension- spasms, depression, erratic heart palpitations and a whole host of minor problems!
All of which I've been going through.
The good news is I can recover from this quite quickly by taking mineral supplements and changing my diet.
THE BAD NEWS
My injuries may take longer to heal.
In December I had a hamstring pull which is now fully recovered But in a cross country race a week ago I tore some fibers in my Achilles Tendon!
I got treatment today from Sarah Hall, it may take some weeks to get full recovery!
I believe the injuries were caused part by incorrect running biomechanics and part through the mineral deficiency.
I do feel a great sense of relief to know I really was ill and it was not all in my mind!
Training correctly and seeing yourself going backwards is hard to take.
Getting a good hiding in every race is even more depressing!
Looks like the London Marathon is off the picture this year.
But I'll be back for sure sometime!

An enlightening experience.........By Andy Hudson
Much improved and indeed almost a tropical evening greeted thirty-four
eager participants and a healthy number of much appreciated helpers at
the Torchlit Tip venue last night.
Seemingly darker than the normal extreme darkness! And the route
marked with new experimental “blue” glowsticks, the runners headed off
across the desolate wasteland no doubt exciting local astronomers with
speculative talk of a shooting star!
A breakaway group soon disappeared headed by a rejuvenated Rob
McGrath, holding off stiff competition to take victory on his debut in
18 minutes 25 seconds.
Back in the midfield there was a faller at Beeches Brook (hope you are
ok Clare!) As the dots of lights became strung out across the winding
undulating pathways, Sue Cooper pulled up with mechanical failure
(Duracell next time Sue!) whilst Rick and his now legendary apparatus
created the feel of a bright summer afternoon at the bridge crossing.
Course photographer, Mr Caton, busied himself with random shots of
passing black cats whilst manning a strategic crossing.
Tracy came home in 20 minutes 38 seconds closely followed by Clare
Constable despite her two broken legs from the earlier unintended
rapid decent to ground level!!
Prizes fell to Paul Talbot, Carol Wright ad Paul Warrington with the
ceremonial throw of the dice sourced from the family Monopoly set!
Is it possible to have a better time in the dark?
Watch out for the FINAL event on the 8th February where forty
participants is a realistic target.

former tip site adjacent to Dobbies, Benthams Way, Southport.
A social 5k off road course illuminated only by head torches, glow
sticks and heat generated by the soles of the runners! As an
alternative to midweek winter evening training, it provides a testing
session with an element of competitiveness for those willing and able.
November’s event saw thirty-five runners with Ben Johnson lighting up
the course with a blistering 17 minutes 48 seconds. Forty
participants is certainly a possibility this time particularly if
supported by the Liverpool end which would no doubt keep Ben on his
These things can only happen if supported so tweet, email, text,
whatever! But be sure not to miss this great fun evening.
Usual start time of 7pm come rain or shine (which is unlikely)
Loan of head torches available on the night. As usual any helpers
would be most appreciated.

In the first of a new series of podcasts for 2012, Mark Devlin talks to world famous author and public speaker David Icke about the agenda being employed in the music industry as one of many, many facets of the global control system. As more and more people awaken to new levels of human consciousness, the controllers are getting ever more desperate to suppress the movement. The music game - and particularly what passes for 'hip hop' and 'R&B' - is now a much-favoured method of subliminal manipulation.
With names such as Jay-Z, Lady Gaga and Britney Spears being specifically addressed, this will be controversial, and will doubtless upset a few. But the truth will always be the truth, and it's time certain things were said.
Enjoy the ride.
