On days like that:

WED -- L -- 1600 mts --or 1 mile T/T

Do you really only run 1 mile plus warm-up and cool down? Is that it?

Yes Thomas!
sometimes less is more![as they say]
Yeah I feel like I would want to do more, but this is peaking for a 10k race and the aim is to get sharper and at the same time conserve energy.
Last week was very hard with two tempo runs and a fartlek session, so this is like a mini taper.

p.s. If you remember my mate rob ran a one mile race I organized the wed before the Langdale marathon and he finished 2nd, so I guess it must work

That's right - they sent them all out here on the convict ships!

What do all the letters mean Rick? L, B, O etc. I know BO means the English only have a bath once a week ;)

Yes Ewen it seems you have cracked the secret code! But for anyone else interested you can find the meaning of the leters in anyone of Lydiards Running books!
