I get comparison of morphology of danish
and kenyan athletes.
BTW I don't really believe the thin calf theory (any
more) as Bekele has pretty muscly lower legs

I think it's a bit of a generalisation to compare the technique of "ALL" Kenyan and "ALL" Japanese runners as there'd be differences within both groups.

Anyway, nice going with the speed session the other day - certainly helps to run with faster runners for some sessions.
