Felt really warm today, even the road was melting, [ran in just my shorts and Nike free's] I made my way over 4 serious climbs, following the Harrock Hill and then Ashurst Beacon hill race routes! = 2.07

Doping is a big problem for sure and I don't know if Lance did it or not but if someone says they didn't do something and they profess a hatred of doping then we should, I think, give him the benefit of the doubt.

When or if things are proven different I will then change my opinion on Lance then.

I don't like how people can be so dishonest and it should be made criminal but I can't live my life, the way I want it, by distrusting everything everyone says.

Good point Scott, yeah we have to believe someone is innocent until proven otherwise.
