Hi Rick, I came across the 6 mile sand route starting at Lancaster Road on your blog. Is this still the same route? as I would like to try it out. Dave.
Rick, I tried the Lancaster Road route tonight, but must have got lost as garmin said it was 5 miles. Had to stop and read the instructions (which were in a pocket)a couple of times and stopped on to of the big dipper - knackered!! Great run though, thanks, Dave.
