That's an interesting one Rick. I'd read about that recently. No problem with vitamin D down here - plenty of sun - except for mid-winter late afternoon runs I guess.
Well done on the 3 hour hill run - good Lydiard-style long one.

Also If you read the report on Vit D and performance you will see that even athletes living in a year round sunny climate can be loe in Vit G.
