think this was filmed early morning, there use to be a very good Kenyan runner based here in southport, Benson Masha now sadly dead set a course record of 60.02 in the great north run [ 1/2 marathon] some years ago, he always wore a full track suite and thermal hat even when the temp have up in the 70's, he use to be a regular sight as he trained through the sandhills and pinewoods every day.

He's a beautiful mover. I was surprised at how green it is - also that it looks cold - must be the 10,000 ft altitude!
