It's your last chance to race on the Rubbish 5K trail course this summer.
This last edition will be a handicap event, see starting list below.

Handicaps are great fun. Our Vets club has them once a month, and also on the track (which produces exciting last laps!).

If it's well handicapped I expect you to finish in the middle of the field!
