I had a heated debate [fueled by alcohol] last week with a friend on which is the correct and the most natural way to run; heel or fore foot landing!

I like the read. As for me, I think it depends on how fast I run, i.e., all out 200s and I'm on my toes... a Sunday long run and I heel strike. Regardless, thanks.
