Core Workouts With Zuzana Light!

The summer racing season is almost over, so now might be a good time to build your all-round strength ready for the X/C season.

Well Mandy X/C is cross country running :0]
Racing season from October until March.
Hold on parkland and farmers field over laps on often very muddy ground!
Shoes worn: Spikes or fell running shoes.
