Interesting. He'd thrash me, that's for sure! I know a local bloke who used to do a lot of backwards running. Broke 5:30 for 1500 and used to run 4:30 ks backwards for a 7k race.

On bike path 7k used to run with a spotter to help with bumps etc. mainly looked from where he'd come from.
