I was reading this article in THE MAIL newspaper the other day, seems lots of women runners have been going to there Doctors complaining about this! READ HERE Well my advice is eat healthy and don't let your body weight drop too low, we all need some healthy body fat to keep the wrinkles at bay, even us blokes!
But Ewen surely that extra weight of hair will only pull your face down too gravity even quicker! Maybe what is needed is some upside down running-[anti-gravity]= but then you guys are already doing that right?
A good beard keeps the wrinkles at bay too ;-) Just ask Scott Brown.
