running on new years eve

set out over jon's sandhill loop and did 3 x 10 mins fast aerobic, felt quite good and had a good time blasting over the sandhills. =1.17
since i started the ARTHUR LYDIARD training in the summer i've seen good improvements in my running and my motivation,enthusiasm and enjoyment of running and racing have returned !
my best race this year must have been the through the villages race when my body and mind did every thing i wanted of it.i played the race in my mind the day before and on the day it felt like i was replaying a video,i even ran the time i hoped for. it was a very good day.
so thank you once again mr lydiard for giving back my love of running !

    Hi there this is somewhat of off topic but I was wanting to know if blogs use WYSIWYG editors
    or if you have to manually code with HTML. I'm starting a blog soon but have no coding experience so I wanted to get guidance from someone with experience. Any help would be enormously appreciated!

    Hi, I think your website might be having browser compatibility issues.
    When I look at your blog in Chrome, it looks fine but when
    opening in Internet Explorer, it has some overlapping. I just wanted
    to give you a quick heads up! Other then that, amazing blog!
